Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Drive-Control-System 5441 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dukane parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hydro-gear product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the SDO0424SDO0824SDIL1608FSIO0001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCS250A609RevH manufactured by Dukane and we are pleased to be able to service most Dukane systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 53318P3 by Manufacturer Hydro-gear as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge Brand IC693CMM302Q in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Duc-Board such as P5287 equipment made by Duc-Board have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Duc-Board products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Duc-Board" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 57605452 made by Durant as well as the popular 14073401S original spares produced by Bently-Nevada

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 709BJB1 by Allen-Bradley and P5287 spares by Duc-Board are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 15230150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynamatic.
